This is now the 5th email that I have written with no reply. If someone does not address my concerns in the next 48 hours I will cancel my order. I have done research on the company in which you are listed as a scam. I was NOT told when I bought the item that free shipping meant china post. This is a Christmas gift and I WANT to know when I will receive it. The tracking number issued to me cannot be found. Again this is the 5th email with no reply. You have 48 hours to fully answer not half answer my concerns or I will go to my credit card and complain as well as cancel.
