I placed an order on 1st December for 3 items, one item was out of stock and i was refunded for this on the 13th December, i have not yet received the other 2 items and my order is showing as 'pending'. Have the other items been dispatched?, if not can i also have a refund for these items? They were meant to be Xmas gifts!
