My order was cancelled by Flydolphin.com - why?
Why did you refund my Paypal payment?
If we returned your money to you and closed your order, it is almost certainly because we were unable to verify your Paypal payment. Please read the email we sent you explaining the cancellation and contact us if you are unsure. We will be happy to discuss the issue and may be able to reopen the order.
Typical reasons for refunding money are:
- Paypal account name does not match your Flydolphin account name, and there was no response when we contacted you.
- Paypal address does not match your Flydolphin order shipping address, and there was no response when we contacted you.
- Paypal billing address does not match your order shipping address, and this is your first drop-shipping order, and there was no response when we contacted you.
- It was your first order and the total order value exceeded $400, and there was no response when we contacted you.
