It is still possible for you to send a faulty product directly to Flydolphin and get it repaired. But firstly it is necessary to discuss with the person who was responsible for the original order with Flydolphin . Please note we do not provide any technical support or software support whatsoever for products that were not bought from Flydolphin . So please don't email us saying "I bought this gadget and it says made in China so I guess you guys ought to help me out". Wake up and smell the rice. Everything is made in China.
